Papermaking: At delfort, everyone’s an expert

HHow did delfort become the number one service provider of specialty paper? Well for starters, we ensure every employee across the globe understands the art of papermaking. From HR administrators to customer service managers, everyone must comprehend the technical complexity of paper manufacturing. Only then can we communicate effectively internally, as well as offer superior service to our clients.


That’s why recently, 17 team members from different locations traveled to Traun for two days of theoretical and practical training. Also, chatting during lunch breaks and dining together in the evening provided a great opportunity for them to connect!
