Sales and marketing assistant

Your tasks

Regular communication with B2B customers in Europe and worldwide;

Independent preparation of internal and external marketing activities and campaigns;

Overall internal sales administration tasks, including typically:

  • Preparation of external offers
  • Order collection
  • Order processing
  • Order planning
  • Delivery planning and follow up together with logistics team
  • Invoicing
  • Credit management
  • Dunning process
  • Product Sampling
  • Follow up on customer requests

Preparation of the customer and market relevant statistics and presentations;

Participation in international trade fairs;

Occasional travel abroad for short business trips.

Your experience

  • College / university degree
  • Strong Hungarian & English knowledge (oral and written)
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Team work ability
  • Creativity
